Bridget Baggett is the founder of Career Innovations, and is active in daily operations. She manages several HR professionals that assist with meeting Career Innovations overall expectations. Career Innovations team has over 30 years of combined HR experience which has become it's successful foundation. Bridget has dedicated her professional career to the Human Resource Industry. She has partnered with various organizations and implemented effective strategies to attract, motivate, and retain top performers. She has been recognized as an engaging public speaker that has led various workshops from for-profit, universities, to non-profits organizations. Her overall passion is organizational change and she understands that a company’s core values is the backbone to its overall success.
Bridget continues to provide high level customized workshops, webinars, and training sessions that tackle the most challenging HR and Job Seeker issues. She is an expert in her industry and continues to assist organizations grow their leaders and help develop a stronger workplace culture. Bridget holds a Bachelor of Science from Tuskegee University and a dual Master of Business Administration and Healthcare Administration (MBA |MHA) from Pfeiffer University. She is currently pursuing her Senior Professional Human Resource Management (SPHR) certification from The HR Certification Institute (HRCI). She is a active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Charlotte Area Society For Human Resources Management (CASHRM), Human Capital Institute (HCI), National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR), and The Institute for Human Resources (IHR). When not working she lives life to the fullest. She enjoys tennis, swimming, traveling, skydiving, and playing the guitar & piano.
