She manages several HR professionals that assist with meeting Career Innovations overall expectations.  Career Innovations team has over 30 years of combined HR experience which has become it's successful foundation.  Bridget has dedicated her professional career to the Human Resource Industry. She has partnered with various organizations and implemented effective strategies to attract, motivate, and retain top performers. She has been recognized as an engaging public speaker that has led various workshops from for-profit, universities, to non-profits organizations. Her overall passion is organizational change and she understands that a company’s core values is the backbone to its overall success.
